WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta, is developing yet another exciting feature, this time for the business community.
The instant messaging application continually adds new updates and features to enhance the user experience.
This update will be distributed via the Google Play Beta Program. WhatsApp will update the software to version 2.23.4.14.
In a future update, communities will be added to the WhatsApp Business app, facilitating the management of related groups.
Users will be able to create, manage, and utilise communities for the enterprise version of the app through this app. However, this application is still in development and is not yet ready for beta testing.
Mark Zuckerberg announced this feature on Facebook in November of last year; however, for political reasons, it could not be made available to businesses worldwide.

The Screenshot above demonstrates that the business tab, which was introduced the previous year, will not be removed. In a future update, a new entry point for communities will be added to the app’s menu.
“When users open ‘Communities’ directly from this menu, they will be able to view a list of all the communities they have created and joined in the past, as well as all of their subgroups and community announcement groups,” according to the app tracking website.
Additionally, businesses will be able to create a new community in this section, similar to the customer app.
This feature will be revealed at a later date.
