Webdesk: Diego Luna said he had doubts about how well Andor would do at first.
But his doubts quickly went away when the show became the most popular Star Wars show.
“I always had a feeling that this wasn’t going to see the light of day until it did,” the actor told The Hollywood Reporter. I just kept saying, “This is too good. “This is going well.”
“So, things just kept getting better and better, and I always felt like something bad was going to happen. But it didn’t. We were free to do what we wanted, and both Disney and Lucas [film] helped us. We knew that Kathy [Kennedy] stood behind the show.
The actor from “Rogue One” is currently filming the second season of “Andor” in England.
“He says he wants to join the Rebellion, but I’m not sure if he knows what that means yet. “He’s basically saying, ‘I want to speak the language,’ but now he has to learn it,” Luna said.
“Therefore, it will take longer. In season two, we’ll be gone for four years, and when we find him, he’ll be so far from where we left him at the end of season one. He’s the kind of person you can trust for a job like that.”
