LAKKI MARWAT: Tens of thousands of people marched in Lakki Marwat district of K-P on Saturday to protest the worsening law and order situation.
Political workers, civil society, lawyers, and students protested.
After terrorists attacked an army-camped college on Friday, Olasi Pasawon Lakki Marwat called for a protest.
Moreover, Thousands of protesters marched from Aman Chowk to Shaheed Abid Ali Chowk.
While, The protest included PTM’s Manzoor Pashteen and ANP Senior Vice President Shahi Khan Shirani.
Moreover, Participants chanted slogans demanding strict action against terrorists to end the threat.
Participants also voted to rename Kargil Chowk Aman Chowk.
Let’s tell the government and everyone that military operations are unacceptable.
“We will not allow anyone to displace thousands of local residents in the name of so-called military operation”. The speakers told the participants.
Manzoor Pashteen stated that they would protest outside the rulers’ palaces in Islamabad. It will be if terrorism and operations in Pakhtun land continue.
He urged Lakki Marwat residents to unite and fight lawlessness to establish lasting peace.
