Celebrities that went on Umrah this year

Webdesk: Celebrities do Umrah in Makkah, Saudi Arabia every year, and 2023 has been no exception.

This year, celebrities including Sania Mirza, Meera, Saba Faisal, and Haris Rauf made the trek. They posted images of their spiritual journey on social media, giving prayers and gratitude.

  1. Meera

On Thursday, actress Meera announced her Hajj completion on Instagram. While, She posted many photos of her visit to Masjid-e-Nabawi and the Kaaba in Makkah. The actor posted, “On March 29 2023, I prayed for all friends and those as well who are not friends yet.”

2. Saba Faisal

“Alhamdulillah, we performed our Umrah and went for Medina,” Faisal said on Instagram in February.

“The visit for my one true love, why should I be proud of this destiny?” Moreover, Faisal asks every week. 3rd Ramazan Mubarak to everyone,” penned the Taqdeer star on Thursday, wishing her followers the best.

3.Sania Mirza

“It has been the most incredible and gratifying time here,” said Mirza, who recently performed Umrah in Saudi Arabia’s twin holy cities with her family. “May God call us back again and again,” she wrote.

4. Babar Azam

While, In Ramadan, Pakistani cricketer Azam performed Umrah in Saudi Arabia and posted a photo from Medina on Instagram. Moreover, The right-handed batsman is standing in the courtyard of Masjid-e-Nabawi, a Muslim holy site.

5. Haris Rauf

“Alhamdullilah,” Rauf posted on Instagram. While, sharing a snapshot of himself standing in front of the sacred Kaaba in traditional ihram, a two-piece white seamless robe.
