Webdesk: Craig Revel Horwood has come out in support of Phillip Schofield, saying that his affair with a much younger worker was no worse than a boss having an affair with his secretary.
The 58-year-old judge of Strictly Come Dancing said that Schofield left alone. It is after the ITV presenter admitted to having a relationship with a guy he met when he 15 that “unwise but not illegal.”
The 58-year-old dancer said, “I think Phillip Schofield has a right to his own life.”
“Yes, he lied to his coworkers, which is bad, but he did it because he wanted to protect himself and his ex-lover.
“It not even close to a war, where innocent people killed.” He hasn’t killed anyone, after all.
“How many CEOs cheat on their wives with secretaries?” A lot. I don’t understand why it got so big. I say, “Leave him alone!”
Schofield told the Daily Mail last month that he dated a young male ITV worker before coming out as gay in 2020.
