Webdesk: Dr. Kapotaqkhy Chanchala, Miss Pakistan Universal 2023, will represent Pakistan in the first Miss World Tourism 2023 competition in Sri Lanka.
“I am so honoured to represent Pakistan in Sri Lanka where 40 Queens from across the world will be locked into competition,” Dr. Kaotaqkhy exclaimed before her departure.
“This is my first international pageant, and I’ve worked hard on my outfits, questions, and talent, which is a Pakistani song. I will represent Pakistan abroad, which is crucial.”
Tourism State Minister Diana Gamage announced that Sri Lanka would host Miss World Tourism 2023 from July 20 to 30.
Moreover, Some contenders will be unfamiliar with the nation and its inhabitants. “However, the finest representatives from abroad would assemble there to vie for the coveted crown at the competition,” she stated.
While, The appropriate ministry and Tourism Promotion Bureau are collaborating to make this historic 11-day event awe-inspiring for visitors. “All those coming are global travel influencers, the new key actors in tourism promotion,” she noted.
Moreover, Former Mrs. World Sri Lanka Radika Gunawardhana is organising the event, which will give candidates with luxury accommodations, Sri Lankan cuisine, and free tours to tourist sites and other facilities.
“This is a very important event for both Pakistan and Sri Lanka, as both countries need such events to change the image of the country in front of the world,” said Pakistani pageant business pioneer Sonia Ahmed. Dr. Kapotaqkhy Chanchala is perfect for this tournament since she will prepare for Miss Earth 2023 in Vietnam afterward.”
