PML-N chief organiser Maryam Nawaz, and MQM’s Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui attended the meeting.

While, To support the premier, PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Federal Minister of Law Senator Azam Nazir Tarar. Attaullah Tarar, Malik Ahmed Khan, and AGP Mansoor Awan attended the meeting.

Moreover, During the Pakistan Tehreek-e-(PTI) Insaf’s petition against the Punjab election postponement, the prime minister called the allies’ meeting.

Moreover, A key PML-N minister said that the government would discuss the current political situation, the upcoming elections in line with the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) decision and the Supreme Court (SC) proceedings, the role of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Umar Ata Bandial and the top court, and the government’s belief in moving forward with its allies’ consent.

Moreover, The coalition government has accused the court of “bench-fixing” in critical cases, providing “biassed” verdicts, and interpreting the constitution differently for Imran Khan and the ruling alliance.

The PML-N-led federal government wanted a full court to decide the subject, and several of its leaders had openly criticised top judges, including the CJP, for their perceived neutrality.
