Webdesk: Miley Cyrus addressed her purported breakup with her father Billy Ray Cyrus after divorced her mother Tish and engaged to singer Firerose.
The Disney alum stated her father is her “opposite” while discussing her connection with the country musician and their reactions to “fame and success.”
The Flowers hitmaker called it “really dangerous” when his father received everything after having nothing after stardom.
On the US TV show Endless Summer Vacation Backyard Sessions, Miley remarked, “My dad grew up opposite me.”
“I grew up on a sound stage, like, in a house with a super close family that all lived under the same roof”. The Used To Be Young singer said.
I suppose I grew up financially and emotionally stable in my relationships. My dad didn’t have that. I’ve seen how that impacts those who move from nothing to everything. The place is perilous.
“So I think that’s where me and my dad’s relationship to fame and success wildly different,” she remarked. “Him feeling loved by a large audience affected him emotionally more than I could.”
Miley added: “When feels special or important, it like healing a childhood wound, and I always felt like a star. I get emotional. I think that’s the difference.”

Miley added, “I do have a lot of great memories singing music with my dad. Learning and watching his voice and the way that he’s using the instrument.”
Miley said, “I will say that I feel vocally my dad underappreciated,” despite being on good terms with him, sources said.
