Islamabad: Rana Sanaullah Khan, the Interior Minister, said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) planned to bring attention to human rights violations in Pakistan on a global scale after staging a fake raid on a known party worker that included a rape and gunshot wounds.
Rana Sanaullah said at a press meeting after midnight on Sunday that intelligence agencies had listened to an audio recording that shed light on a plot by the PTI to make the country’s law enforcement agencies look bad.
The PML-N minister said that the conversation thats overheard showed a plan for a raid on the home of a known PTI worker that lead to deaths because of gunfire.
The minister also told about a second evil plan, which was to commit a horrible act of rape.
The main goal of this horrible plan was to unfairly put the blame on law enforcement. Which would have caused a worldwide uproar. The interior minister said that the PTI wants to bring the problem of human rights violations to the attention of the world.
He also stressed how serious the situation was by saying that the plan would be put into action tonight. He did note, though, that the characters in the chat closely watched.
When he told the country about his midnight televised speech. He said its important to get the word out quickly about the plotters’ bad intentions.
The federal minister very clear that those who to blame for what happened on May 9 get what deserved. He said that it clear that the staged scene meant to trick the people of Pakistan.
