Islamabad: The FO said that the arrest of Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav is proof of India’s repeated involvement in terrorism. Kalbhusan who found involved in spying, terrorist, and subversive activities in Pakistan.
FO Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said that Pakistan wants peace in the area. With all of its neighbours, including India, during her weekly press conference in Islamabad.
“We also expect India to take steps to make it easier for Pakistan and India to talk about all of their disagreements. Including the main issue of Jammu and Kashmir,” she said.
The spokesperson denied any claim, even from Indian officials, that Islamabad linked to terrorism. She said, “We think recent Indian comments about this are unjustified and have no basis.”
Baloch talked about the upcoming Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Foreign Ministers Conference in India. He said that Pakistan always committed to cooperation in the area. We will also do our part to help the SCO grow and succeed.
She said that even if something bad happened or someone said something bad, it wouldn’t stop Pakistan from doing its part in the body, which Pakistan is an equal member of.
Moreover, Concerning the evacuation of Pakistanis from Sudan, the spokesman said that 847 Pakistanis moved to Port Sudan. Some of them already moved to Jeddah. Others moved there on ferries run by the Saudi government.
“We are working with friendly countries in the area, and we are especially thankful to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for making this process easier by sending a ferry from Port Sudan to Jeddah and housing Pakistani citizens until they can go home,” she said.
