Webdesk: A few days ago, during the middle of the night, unidentified guys attempted to break into the London flat of British producer Jemima Khan, she revealed on Tuesday.
The journalist and filmmaker also posted images of the intruders on her Twitter account, requesting that the public identify them. She wrote, “If you can identify them, please let me know.”
Jemima revealed to a local news outlet that she quickly called the police when a nighttime break-in attempt happened. It was at her Central London apartment.
She reported that the CCTV cameras captured two men. She contacted Scotland Yard and filed a report. “And then a few weeks later, these two males caught on camera trespassing,” she added of the men whose images she put on her official Twitter account.
Jemima further disclosed that she is uncertain whether the men are connected and whether they are the same person or two other people.
As soon as Jemina’s internet remark went viral, some individuals expressed concern for the What’s Love Got to Do with It? creator. “I’m very sorry. This is dreadful! “wrote one Twitter user, while another begged for her well-being. “Best wishes for your safety. May they be apprehended and punished by the law.”
This is not the first time that someone has violated Jemima’s privacy. Hassan Mahmood, a British-Pakistani taxi driver, pleaded guilty in 2017 after pestering her with over a thousand phone calls and text messages after she posed for a selfie with him.
Jemima said in a statement: “At moments, the experience has made me really anxious. I would be home alone and he would call me several times and text repeatedly late at night. Sometimes he would send texts saying he would come to my house. That really frightened me.”
