Webdesk: Google said that podcasts are now available on the web and iOS apps for YouTube Music in the United States. Users of the main YouTube app who listen to podcasts can now continue to do so on YouTube Music.
The podcasts on the app will be free, and you won’t have to pay extra to get access to them. The podcasts can be played whenever you want, even when you’re not online. They can also be played in the background and while you’re casting.
Google says that the podcast experience on YouTube Music is meant to go with the main app experience.
You can get to the podcasts by clicking on the Home tab and then on the podcasts section. Users can use the Explore feature to find popular podcasts in different categories.
Google says that users will be able to use the feature slowly while it works to make it available in other places as well.
