Webdesk: After getting in trouble for making false claims about the Sindhi language, the Indian actor Naseeruddin Shah apologized to the “Sindhi-speaking population” in Pakistan.

Shah, who had said that Sindhi was no longer spoken in Pakistan, said he was “misinformed”. He apologized to the people in Pakistan who spoke Sindhi.

“OK OK I’m sorry to everyone in Pakistan who speaks Sindhi. Whom I seem to have deeply offended with my wrong view. I admit I didn’t know enough, but do I need to be crucified for that? “Jesus said, ‘Let him who is free from…'” the Indian star said.

“Actually, I like being called ‘ignorant’ and ‘pretend intellectual’ after being taken for a bright person for so long. “That’s a big change!” he said.

Shah has recently been at the center of a dispute. As he said that Sindhi was no longer spoken in Pakistan.

In an interview to promote his new TV show, Taj, he said, “They have Balochi, they have Bari, they have Siraiki, and they have Pushto. Sindhi is no longer spoken in Pakistan, of course.

Pakistanis didn’t like what he said, and for good reason, since English is one of the most common languages in the country.

They were mad at him because he didn’t know Sindhi. One of them was the Pakistani star Mansha Pasha.

“As a proud Sindhi who speaks the language at home, I disagree,” wrote Pasha, who is married to Jibran Nasir, a well-known lawyer and rights activist.

People on the internet didn’t like what he said, so they wrote in Sindhi on the post that Shah was “ignorant.”
