Webdesk: Malala Yousafzai, who won the Nobel Peace Prize and works to improve education, went with her husband Asser Malik to see the big hit Barbie movie on Sunday.
The young activist shared a picture of herself and Malik, only 27, standing in a life-sized Barbie box and a famous photo booth.
“This Barbie won a Nobel Prize [heart emoji with sparkles]. She made a joke about him when she posted the picture on Twitter.
Her husband responded to her tweet: “I’m Kenough [cry-laugh emoji].”
The word “Kenough” comes from the Barbie movie, which was directed by Greta Gerwig and features Ryan Gosling as Ken.
Malik was wearing a black blazer and a white T-shirt in the shot. Malik put his arm around Yousafzai and they smiled for the picture.
Many fans thought their post funny and complimented the couple on how funny they were.
“You’re the coolest person in the world! “That caption says it all,” someone wrote.
Another person wrote, “Best one I’ve seen yet!”
“Stop doing this. We’ve got a Nobel Prize winner!” one of the users wrote.
