Application Process and Guidelines:
Prospective candidates are encouraged to follow these guidelines for a smooth application process:
- Apply online through the prescribed Application Form available on the National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk).
- Applicants should hold recognized and relevant degrees, confirmed by HEC/IBCC. Candidates awaiting their results are not eligible to apply.
- Photocopies of educational documents and experience certificates not required during this initial application stage.
- A test fee of Rs. 660/- must deposited as per NTS instructions.
- Applicants applying under specific quotas (such as Employees’ Children, Minorities, and disabled) must fulfill the domicile requirements as per policy.
- If applying under the NTDC employee’s children quota, all relevant documents along with CNIC and NTDC Employee ID Card of the parent must be attached. An affidavit confirming the non-employment of siblings or widowed parent in NTDC against the employees’ children quota also necessary.
- While, Relaxation in upper age limit applies to specific categories, including Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas (Ex-FATA), Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, Sindh (Rural), and Baluchistan.
- Moreover, Regular NTDC/Government employees with a minimum of two (02) years of continuous service on the application deadline enjoy up to ten (10) years relaxation in age limit.
- A 10-year age relaxation granted to disabled individuals.
- Successful candidates will assigned duties across Pakistan in the respective NTDC region as applicable.
- Original documents/degrees/certificates/NOC (in case of NTDC/Govt. Employees) must presented during the interview phase.
- While, Minority or Disability quota applicants need to provide relevant certificates from the appropriate authorities.
- Only shortlisted candidates will contacted for written tests and interviews.
- Candidates previously dismissed or barred from future employment due to disciplinary reasons are ineligible to apply.
- Moreover, Positions under the Basic Pay Scale (BPS) structure will considered for regularization based on contract completion and satisfactory performance.
