College students heard Rakul Preet Singh tell them not to let stress get to them.

She said in her speech, “We put too much stress on ourselves, and we do not need to. I went to college like you did, and now I can say that we college students stress out too much about tests and other things. There are a lot more hard things ahead in life. At each stage of life, you think your problems are the worst, but that is not true. After a long time, you realise that problems were not as bad as you thought they were. I think it is possible to have a good life without stress.”

She went on to say, “Yes, I have skipped classes, but I do not talk about it. I worked hard in all of my classes, got good grades, and was a favourite of my teachers.

She ended by saying, “Students understand issues very well when they are explained in a logical way. I will say that they know about it, but these talks need to happen in second-tier cities and rural areas. In fact, we need more films about sex education because it is important for the health of women.”
