Russell Crowe discussed the prospective return of the Marvel Cinematic Universe after the release of Thor: Love and Thunder.
Crowe responded to Marvel’s return on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, “Well, nobody’s brought it up with me, but it seems like that was the plan at the end of the last one, right? However, I do not know.”
Yes, if you’re a young actor and have the opportunity to work with the film’s director Taika Waititi, you should accept it, he said. “It’s a lot of fun, he’s a creative genius, and he’s an all-around nice guy.”
The 59-year-old also gushed about fellow actor Chris Hemsworth, disclosing that he “really pleasantly surprised at what a good actor he is,” adding that Hemsworth had “great comedy chops” and “a really warm welcoming fella.”
The actor joked, “What you see in the movie theatre this huge, lavish, amazing set, but in reality, it’s just me, Chris, and a couple of cardboard boxes covered in blue s***.”
