Lahore: Just days after the leaked tape of the incumbent top Supreme Court judge’s mother-in-law and Raheem’s wife caused a political uproar, another claimed audio leak showing former chief justice Saqib Nisar and lawyer Khawaja Tariq Raheem has surfaced.
In the latest audio leak. The former top judge discusses the verdict of a seven-member bench. Which is on the apex court’s 2010 “suo motu” notice to Raheem, requesting him to investigate.
Nisar allegedly told Raheem that the judgement was the “way out” for them.
Nisar also mentions the dismissal of Azad Jammu and Kashmir prime minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas for contempt of court.
The senior lawyer stated they would file another contempt case.
