ISLAMABAD:
IK said that he told party leaders to only talk to the government if they willing to dissolve the NA
“I’m telling that we can talk if the government is ready to immediately dissolve NA and hold polls. The leader of the PTI told reporters at the IHC that there was no need for the government to keep talking about having elections in September or October.
When he talked to the press, Qureshi and Fawad were on either side of him. On Thursday, these two people and Barrister Ali Zafar met with the government for the first time to talk about elections. Today, the two sides will get together again.
The head of the PTI said that the government now had the “ball” when it came to the polls.
“The Constitution broken if elections don’t happen on May 14. “If the Constitution is broken, whoever is in charge will get what he wants,” said the head of the PTI.
He also said that his party always respected the Supreme Court and that the PTI and the Pakistan Democratic Movement couldn’t be compared because his party supported the Constitution and the other one didn’t.
“The Constitution, not the Parliament, is the highest law,” Khan said.
