Webdesk: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) government has given the Golden Visa to Pakistani actress Maya Ali. She is the latest well-known Pakistani to get this offer.
The UAE government started the golden visa programme in 2019; it was the first of its kind in the Middle East. The goal to get rich and skilled people to move there by giving them long-term residence cards. The visa is good for five or ten years and immediately renewed every five or ten years.
Maya posted the news on Instagram with a photo of her holding the visa next to a UAE official.
“I’m so happy that I got my Golden Visa. “It’s a huge honour for me,” she wrote in the description. “A special thanks to @muhammadmoazzamqureshi1 for making this happen!!”
With a golden visa, tourists can live, work, and study in the UAE without needing a local sponsor and can own 100% of any business on the UAE’s mainland.
Humayun Saeed, Fakhar-e-Alam, Sana Javed, and her husband Umair Jaswal are some other famous people in show business who have gotten the passport.
Cristiano Ronaldo, Shah Rukh Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, and many more famous people from around the world have been given the prestigious golden visa.
