Webdesk: Recently, Bollywood actor Sooraj Pancholi gave sweets to his friends and family. It is to show how happy he was about the decision in the Jiah Khan suicide case. Which took “10 painful years” to come to a conclusion. The trial court’s decision to drop the charges against Pancholi in the case was recently upheld by the BHC. This was the end of a long legal fight for the actor.
In June 2013, the body of British-American actress Jiah Khan was found in her flat in Mumbai. At first, the police nabbed Sooraj Pancholi on charges of helping Jiah Khan commit suicide. But the case had been full of controversies and court fights, and Pancholi had always insisted that he was innocent.
In a message to the press, Pancholi thanked the court for its decision. He said that the last 10 years had been hard for him and his family. He also thanked his supporters for their help and said he was excited to move on with his life and work.
Pancholi made his Bollywood debut with the movie “Hero” in 2015. He has been eagerly waiting for the decision in the Jiah Khan case, which has been hanging over his film career. Now that the court has ruled in Pancholi’s favour, he hopes to put the issue behind him and work on his new projects.
