BEIJING: To celebrate Pakistan’s 83rd National Day and 2023 as the China-Pakistan Year of Tourism Exchanges. Langfang’s first truck art exhibition showcases Pakistan’s diverse cultural landscape.
Pakistan Embassy in Beijing, Silk Road International Art Centre. Langfang, and Truck Artists enterprise Phool Patti organised the exhibition, which runs until July 24.
Over 300 Chinese dignitaries, government officials, diplomats, business executives, media representatives, and Pakistanis attended the opening ceremony.
While, Pakistan Ambassador to China Moinul Haque welcomed the distinguished guests. He paid tribute to the founding father, leaders, martyrs, and heroes who helped make Pakistan a reality.
Moreover, He said the nation had to work together to make Pakistan peaceful, progressive, prosperous, and pluralistic.
The ambassador also encouraged Chinese tourists to visit Pakistan during the China-Pakistan Year of Tourism Exchanges.
The ambassador expressed the hope that China and Pakistan would prioritise cultural and people-to-people exchanges to strengthen the goodwill and friendship between our two nations, especially among the younger generations.
Haque discussed Pakistan’s colourful truck art, which creatively displays its diverse cultural landscapes.
Jin Yongsheng, Vice Chairman of ENN, Silk Road International Art Centre’s parent company, praised the center’s cooperation with Pakistan’s embassy and praised Pakistan’s diverse culture.
He said his centre was proud to host this exhibition showcasing famous Pakistani artists to Chinese audiences.
Phool Patti team leader Ali Salman Anchan was excited to come to China for the first large-scale Truck Art exhibition.
He thanked the Chinese people for honouring him and other artists.
The “Phool Patti” team designed a truck model, bicycles, murals, clothes, fans, and ceramic pots for the three-month exhibition. The team held live workshops for exhibition visitors.
