LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan submitted surety bonds on Tuesday in four cases against him—three at an anti-terrorism court and one at the Lahore High Court (LHC).

After Khan was arrested by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in the £190 million case on May 9, Lahore police stations registered three ATC complaints against him.

Judge Ijaz Ahmed Buttar authorised Advocate Habib’s three Rs100,000 bonds.

On May 19, the anti-terrorism court granted Khan pre-arrest release in three cases, including the Lahore Corps Commander House attack, until June 2.

Khan submitted surety bonds before the LHC for the fourth case after ATC. The case involves allegedly murdering PTI staffer Zille Shah and burying evidence.

Khan received pre-arrest bail from the LHC till June 2.

Khan’s vehicle allowed into the ATC after a plea filed with ATC Judge Abhar Gul Khan.

“Danger” to the PTI chief’s life was the petition’s reason.

After approval, a jammer-equipped car and other security cars left Zaman Park for the court.
