Webdesk: Ameesha Patel and her business partner Krunal have been charged with fraud and a bad check. The case has been filed in Ranchi Civil Court.

Filmmaker Ajay Kumar Singh from Jharkand has filed the complaint. He has filed the case against the actress and her business partner for fraud, bad checks, and intimidating behaviour.

Even though Ameesha and her lawyer were told to come to court, they did not. Because of this, the court is now upset with them. April 15 is when the next summons is set to happen.

According to his complaint, Patel and her business partner took INR 2.5 crore from the producer to make a movie called Desi Magic. When the movie was done, they promised to give him the money back, plus interest.

Desi Magic has been in production since 2013, but it hasn’t come out yet. It’s now 2023. Ajay asked the actress to pay him back some money, but she refused and did not.

Ameesha Patel did give him two checks for INR 2.5 crore and 50 lakh, but it took her a long time to do so. Indiatoday says that both of them bounced.
