Webdesk: Ali Fazal just finished filming Kandhar with Gerard Butler, which is another Hollywood movie. He shared pictures from the set of the movie.
Ali sent the pictures and a heartfelt note thanking the cast and team of Kandhar, including co-star Gerard and director Ric Roman Waugh.
The star from Mirzapur wrote, “There is always a director behind something great. Today, Kandahar is a big deal. North America.”
“I can’t say thank you enough to you both. Ric for letting me join him on this trip. And Mr. Gerard Butler, for all things controversial on and off camera (and much more) and to the whole Kandahar crew on and off set. You guys are the true heroes.”
Ali once said about the movie, “I’m very excited about this turn of events. A release that wide in the US alone is huge, and since the movie is an action spy story, it will appeal to a wide audience.
“This is getting a wide release on a big weekend in the US, so I hope it’s a banger. The movie has everything it needs to be a full-fledged entertainment.”
Kandhar got good reviews from people all over the world. LA Times says that Ali Fazal’s acting in the movie stands out. News 18 says that the movie will probably come out soon in India.
