Webdesk: Billie Eilish has a message for the people who criticized her style of clothes: “You guys are idiots.”
The singer of “No Time to Die” went on Instagram to vent her anger about what she called “unfair” critique.
“I spent the first five years of my career getting slammed by you idiots for acting and dressing like a boy,” she said. “And I was always told I’d be more attractive if I acted like a girl.”
The 21-year-old continued, “And now when I feel comfortable enough to wear anything slightly feminine or fitting, I CHANGED and am a sellout…and ‘what happened to her?’ omg it’s not the same biLlie, she’s just like the rest, bla bla, you guys are real idiots. LOL. I can be both, you idiots. LET WOMEN EXIST!”
The Bored singer also threw shade at her haters by asking, “Did you know women are multifaceted?!?!?” “I know, right? Even if you don’t believe it, women can be interested in more than one thing.
Eilish has also criticized Hollywood’s double standards in the past, especially when it comes to her songs and clothes.
She told Elle in 2021, “Or my sexuality!” “Like, yeah, that’s everyone else’s business, right? No. Where do guys get all that energy?”
