ISLAMABAD: On Friday, the National Assembly heard about the people who took the Central Superior Services (CSS) Examination in the last three years.
There were both people who did well and people who did poorly in different classes from the years 2019, 2020, and 2021. Based on the facts, at least 54.53 percent of candidates in the last three years failed the official language of Pakistan, Urdu.
During a meeting of the National Assembly, the Establishment Division gave a written answer with information about the candidates.
The Establishment Division said that 30% of candidates failed the Urdu test in 2019, but that number jumped to 59% and 73% in 2020 and 2021. In the last three years, 54.53% of things didn’t work out.
The study says that over three years, 45,800 out of 49,500 candidates who wrote an essay failed. In 2019, 13,328 out of 14,205 candidates who wrote an essay failed, while 6% of candidates passed the subject.
While, In 2020, only 4% of people who took the essay writing test passed, and the study said that 17,735 of the 18,387 people who took the test failed. In 2021, on the other hand, at least 14,760 of the 16,887 people who took the test failed it. In 2021, only 13% of people who tried made it, while 87% failed.
Concerning the success rate in English, the house was told that 35,000 out of 49,500 candidates failed the subject in 2019, for a failure rate of 73%. In 2020 and 2021, the rates of failure were 39% and 92%, respectively.
The number of students who failed the Pakistan Affairs class stayed at 37% in 2019, 71% in 2020, and 46% in 2021. 18% of candidates in Islamiat failed in 2019, 51% failed in 2020, and 81% failed in 2021.
