Degari Double Murder Case: Sher Baz Satakzai Handed Over to Police for 10 More Days

The Anti-Terrorism Court in Quetta has granted a 10-day physical remand of Sher Baz Satakzai, the main suspect in the brutal double murder case that took place in Degari, a suburban area of Quetta.

During the court proceedings, the police argued that further interrogation was required to complete the investigation and uncover connections with other suspects. The court approved the remand and directed that the suspect be handed over to the Serious Crime Investigation Wing.

It is worth noting that three days before Eid-ul-Adha, a man and a woman were publicly shot and killed in Degari. A video of the horrific incident went viral on social media, triggering public outrage. In response, Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti took immediate notice and ordered swift arrests.

Several individuals have since been apprehended, and the investigation into Sher Baz Satakzai’s role is ongoing.
