Webdesk: Divya Dutta said that she really liked the star Farhan Akhtar.
Divya told Pinkvilla in a recent interview that she originally turned down the part in Bhaag Milka Bhaag because she didn’t want to play Farhan’s sister in the movie.
She said, “I didn’t do it because I really liked Farhan at the time. “Why should I play his sister?” I asked. Rakeysh said, “But you’re a professional actor.” I said yeah but… you know…”
The actress from Badlapur also said that director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra told her that the story is mostly about a brother and a sister. So, she decided to take the part.
Divya said that when Farhan’s character, Milkha, gave her a pair of gold earrings, she couldn’t stop thinking about how the story would end.
News 18 says that the scene was very moving, especially when Divya’s character gave Milkha a salute.
