Farah Gogi denies witnessing against Bushra Bibi, Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Farhat Shahzadi, also known as Farah Gogi, Farah Khan, Farah Gujjar, Fari, and others, has denied becoming a witness against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi.

“Baseless and false,” the former first lady’s pal told a news program.

Why will I testify against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi? She remarked, “I am out of Pakistan because I can be targeted for political revenge.”

Moreover, Farah said she never had a PTI government or party role.

“I had no official position or party position in the Tehreek-e-Insaf government,” she said in the interview.

Earlier this week sources claimed that Bushra Bibi’s trusty confidante likely to approve against her and Khan. As well as she had collaborated with the Pakistani authorities for about a month.

While, According to reports the PTI leadership advised Gogi and her husband, Ahsan Jameel Gujjar, not to cooperate with the FIA and other legal venues.

Moreover Insiders said, Farah had supplied vital information with Pakistani authorities and established a working connection.

According to sources, Farah requested to leave the UAE in the first week of May. Its after the Pakistani government informed the Gulf state that she a wanted person and involved in corrupt practises in Dubai.

A reliable source verified that Farah has “blacklisted” and cannot legally enter the UAE due to her cases. Farah started talking to Pakistani authorities after arriving in Italy, and progress has been made.

She left Pakistan a day after the PTI chief’s government was dissolved in April 2022 after a vote of no confidence, becoming the first high-profile figure to flee the country amid rumours that she would be arrested and questioned about her dealings with Bushra Bibi and her role in government affairs.
