Lahore: As the idea of Imran Khan being arrested is in the air, the former prime minister said that he already has a plan. He did not give any key details, though.

“If I’m arrested, we have a plan ready, and we’ll tell the country about it when it’s time,”. He said a few hours after his party’s election rally in Lahore was canceled on Sunday.

Khan said that he put off the rally because when he saw how many PTI supporters were coming. He was afraid that there would be violence if everyone showed up.

The PTI leader moved the party’s election rally in Lahore to a later date today. Earlier, the Punjab caretaker government banned public gatherings in the provincial capital.

On Saturday, he said that he would hold another rally in Lahore today. After this, the district administration used Section 144 to ban public gatherings in the Punjab capital, citing safety concerns after a Pakistan Super League (PSL) match in the city.

They said that calling off their rally was a way to keep peace in the country”
