India Veteran actor, Sutish Kaushik passed away

Webdesk: The Hindustan Times reported that Indian actor Satish Kaushik had passed away at the age of 66. A heart attack took the life of the actor, who was most known for his roles in blockbuster films like Mr. India and Ram Lakhan.

Two days ago, Kaushik was celebrating Holi at at the residence of Indian lyricist Javed Akhtar. He went as far as posting photographs from the event on Twitter. Richa Chadha, Mahima Chaudhary, Ali Fazal, and several more were there to celebrate with him at the celebration.

On April 13, 1956, the late Indian actor and singer was born. After that, he established a career in the entertainment industry as an actor, director, producer, comedian, and screenwriter. According to the article, Kaushik received his education from Kirori Mal College, the National School of Theatre, and the Cinema and Television Institute of India. He was also an alumnus of the Film and Television Institute of America.

He is known for his roles in films such as Ram Lakhan, Saajan Chale Sasural, and Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro. Nevertheless, it was his performance as Calendar in Shekhar Kapur’s Mr. India that brought him widespread recognition.
