Webdesk: A man in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) showed his respect for Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Senior Vice President Maryam Nawaz by leaving her all of his property. This surprised and saddened her.
Zahid Hussain, who lives in Rawalakot, AJK, gave all of his land to Maryam through a formal document called “bequest to Maryam Nawaz.”
An affidavit shared on Twitter said, “I Zahid Hussain son of Wilayat Hussain, in my full senses, without any compulsion or pressure, and of my own will, am giving all the land I own, whether it’s 50,000 kanals or 32,000 kanals, to Maryam Nawaz daughter of Nawaz Sharif.”
The head of the PML-N shared the tweet on her official Twitter account, saying that it was “very touching.” She did, however, wonder why someone would do such a thing.
“OMG! What was he thinking? Still, it’s very sad,” Maryam wrote on Twitter.
Hussain said in the statement that it was now up to Maryam to build a hospital on the land or use it in some other way to help people.
In addition, the affidavit said that the PML-N leader now owned 50% of the property, except for about 50 kanals that belong to Hussain’s children and other heirs, as long as Mazhar was alive. After Mazhar’s death, the PML-N leader will own 100% of the property, except for the 50 kanals mentioned above.
The document had other information about the land, which was in Rawalakot, AJK, and where it was.
“The deed has been written so that there is proof that can be used if necessary,” it said, and then the land owner signed it.
