Wewbdesk: Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes are leaving GMA3, but ABC has not yet found stable replacements.
It looks like the network is trying out new things by putting temporary hosts in the places of regular anchors.
After this, well-known teacher Jess Sims was the next person to join the morning show.
Jess, who had over 500,000 Instagram fans, joined the GMA team for real last week.
The show’s host, Lara Spencer, also talked about the new GMA star.
“Lara, this is a dream come true,” the new host told her. I’m so happy to be here with you and the rest of the GMA team. Thanks for having me!”
She went on: “If you told 22-year-old 5th grade teacher Jess, who was shipping her own children’s books from Boston to Houston because budgets didn’t allow for new purchases, that she would be a regular contributor for @goodmorningamerica and that her first hit would be highlighting a WOMAN-OWNED bookstore celebrating a BLACK author, @36westbrook, she would roll her eyes and laugh.
“You might not be able to put your life’s events together as they happen, but…”WHEWWW, now everything makes sense,” she said.
