Webdesk: Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook, has used recent advances in AI to see a “opportunity to introduce AI agents to billions of people in ways that will be useful and meaningful.”

Zuckerberg seemed to want to remind investors that OpenAI, which backed by Microsoft. As well as Google will also be working hard to make generative AI chatbots. He told investors that Meta was working hard to make similar tools that would “touch every single one of our products” and be useful for “regular people, creators, and businesses.”

To explain his brief, Zuckerberg gave an example of how “tens of millions of AI agents” working for companies. It could improve customer service interactions and lead to “way more businesses. That can afford to have people engaging in chat.”

Contrary to recent reports, the Meta chief didn’t forget to say that the company was still working on the Metaverse on the side.

A few months before this announcement, Zuckerberg said that he would bring Meta’s AI teams together. As part of a change to the company’s structure that would “turbocharge” its work in that area.
