Nashville police have released recordings of the 911 calls made from inside the Covenant school while the shooting was happening.
The Independent said that Audrey Hale. A former student at the same school, shot and killed six people. Three of whom were nine years old and three of whom were adults.
Callers were scared and their voices were shaking when they spoke. They asked the emergency to send help right away. During the phone calls, gunshots and cries and screams could also be heard in the background.
The 28-year-old suspect’s written manifesto will also be made public soon by the police who are looking into what happened on Monday, which was one of the deadliest school shootings in the US.
Evelyn Dieckhaus, Hallie Scruggs, and William Kinney were all nine years old. Katherine Koonce, Cynthia Peak, and Mike Hill were all adults and worked at the school.
Police have not yet found out what led to the brutal attack or why it happened. However, it has come to light that the suspect in the school shooting, Hale, wrote on Facebook about the death of her boyfriend, which could be a reason why she did it, according to a former teacher.
On the other hand, as gun violence rose in the US, hundreds of people went to the state capital of Tennessee to demand that lawmakers do something right away to stop gun violence.
