Lahore (Showbiz Reporter) – Renowned actress Mawra Hocane has revealed that when the drama serial Sabaat aired, she received a message of appreciation from Indian actress Neetu Kapoor.
Recently, Mawra appeared as a guest on a web show, where she was asked about the immense popularity of Pakistani dramas in India and which ones she would recommend for Indian audiences to watch.
Responding to the question, she said, “One drama I would definitely recommend is my own project, Sabaat. It received a fantastic response from India.”
The actress further shared an interesting revelation: “When Sabaat was on air, I received a message from Indian designer Manish Malhotra, who told me that his mother was watching the drama and absolutely loved it.”
She added, “Neetu Kapoor also messaged me personally, telling me how much she enjoyed Sabaat. During its broadcast, I received numerous messages from my friends in India. That’s why I would encourage those who haven’t watched it yet to definitely give it a try.”
