Webdesk: Arnold Schwarzenegger, an action star, has been hired by Netflix as the new chief action officer, as he said in a YouTube ad for the streaming service.
“No one loves action as much as I do,” the man who played the Terminator said next. “That’s why I’ve taken the big new job as chief action officer at Netflix.”
Then, the star of Predator promised to give Netflix customers more heart-pounding action. He also said that new action films like Chris Hemsworth’s Extraction 2, Henry Cavill’s The Witcher, and Gal Gadot’s Heart of Stone were on the way.
“Nobody knows action like I do, and nobody hits like Netflix,” the 75-year-old said on May 25 about his first show on Netflix, Fubar.
In other news, Schwarzenegger said that Chris Pratt, who is his son-in-law, is a great chess player.
The chess fan told ExtraTV, “To be honest, I’m not a great chess player… Chris Pratt has only just started playing chess, but he is very, very serious about it.
“He is very, very smart and learns things very quickly. The star went on to say, “I think he’s amazing.”I was in the middle of a game and was about to lose, so I had to keep my mind on the game. Had to picture myself winning. I asked, “Can you please leave right away? “I’m going to lose!”
