KARACHI: The CAA told that they no longer have to show proof of the COVID-19 vaccination. As well as tests when going to or from Pakistan.

According to the notice, all incoming passengers no longer have to show a COVID-19 vaccine certificate when they arrive. Or a negative PCR Report before boarding a flight or when they arrive.

Also, the requirement that 2% of people from the UK, the Gulf, and other countries checked for COVID-19 has removed.

“As told by the National Command and Operations Center, the following decisions about passengers going to Pakistan will take effect right away and until further orders,” the notice said.

When the COVID virus first appeared in the world, Pakistan took action to stop it from spreading by putting in place strict rules and regulations.

Several times, the limits eased and then put back in place because of the COVID situation inside and outside of the country. This caused the airline services to lose a lot of money.
