Webdesk: An old neighbour in Montecito says that Meghan Markle and her husband, Prince Harry, turned her down.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s door said that the couple rude to him when he tried to be friendly.
Frank McGinity, a member of the U.S. Navy, has lived next door to the Sussexes since 2020, when they first moved into the area.
The old man said he tried to make the Sussexes feel welcome by giving them some films he made about the land where their house now built.
“Harry and Meghan live on old McCormick property, and I went up to their gate with the films on a CD, but they not interested,” he told the Montecito Journal in an excerpt from his travel book, Get Off Your Street.
“The guy at the gate turned me away and wouldn’t take the film, saying, ‘They not interested.'” I wanted to be a good friend. If they interested in the area, I could tell them a lot about it.”
Ironically, one of Harry’s main goals as a member of the royal family to help injured soldiers through the Invictus Games.
Moreover, The newspaper went on to say that Mr McGinity’s land is just a “tiara’s toss or two” from Meghan and Harry’s property line.
