Islamabad: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) announced on Friday that all authorised bank branches would remain open on Saturday and Sunday (March 25-26) for the collecting of Hajj Application forms and Hajj 2023 fees.
“In order to make it easier for would-be pilgrims to submit forms and fees for Hajj 2023, the State Bank of Pakistan has instructed 14 authorised banks to maintain all of their designated branches open […] throughout the nation,” moreover, the central bank said in a statement.
MOREOVER, It should be noted that these locations will remain open on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. nationwide.
Previously, in accordance with Hajj Policy 2023, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony authorised 14 banks to collect application forms and fees from prospective pilgrims for Hajj 2023 from March 16 to March 31 across the country.
