Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari has urged the Sindh government to adopt a reconciliatory approach and resolve issues through dialogue rather than confrontation.
Speaking to the media at Lahore Press Club, Azma said Sindh reacts harshly to even mild statements. “They should reflect on their own behavior before criticizing others,” she said.
She criticized PTI’s founder, saying, “He wants negotiations, but those he wants to talk to aren’t interested. May 9 incidents and corruption scandals are not in the nation’s interest.”
Bukhari added that PML-N is working for the country’s benefit, and both the Prime Minister and Chief Minister Punjab are striving day and night to serve the people. She reiterated that political solutions are needed for regional issues like Balochistan.
She also condemned politicians who support militant narratives, stating they cannot be sincere to the country.
