Lahore:
After being unable to land at the Lahore Airport because of heavy rain, a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane flew in Indian airspace for almost ten minutes.

The PK248 flight came back from Muscat on May 4 at 8 p.m. The pilot went to the Allama Iqbal International Airport to try to land. But because of the heavy rain, the pilot told by air traffic control to do a go-round. On the way back he couldn’t see.

The plane turned around at Naushehra Pannuan and flew through the Indian towns of Taran Sahib and Rasulpur before flying back into Pakistan near the village of Jhugian Noor Muhammad.

The captain took the plane to an altitude of 20,000 feet while it was in Indian airspace. The plane stayed in Indian airspace for seven minutes, flying over the towns of Kasur in Pakistani Punjab.

Plane then flew back into Pakistani airspace from the Indian town of Lakha Singhwala Hithar at a speed of 320 km/h and an altitude of 23,000 feet.

The plane flew over Hujra Shah Muqeem and Dipalpur on its way to Multan after flying into Pakistani airspace. The plane flew in Indian land for a total of 120 km, which took almost ten minutes.
