Webdesk: Shekhar Suman supports Priyanka Chopra amid the Bollywood controversy, giving his own film industry experience.
Shekhar said business insiders conspired to remove him and his son Adhyayan from many projects.
He tweeted: “At least four industry people have conspired to remove myself and adhyayan from various projects. I’m sure. These “gangsters” have more power than a rattlesnake. But, they can only hinder us.”
The actor said that Priyanka’s fresh admissions aren’t surprising because this is how the film industry works. He tweeted on late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
“Priyanka Chopra’s shocking revelation was expected. The film industry cabal is well-known. It will harass, torment, and finish you. In SSR.”
He added: “Others will suffer. It’s the industry’s way. Priyanka left nonetheless. God bless her. We have a Hollywood icon representing India. Every storm has a silver lining.”
According to Indiatoday, Priyanka Chopra recently caused a social media stir by alleging that she had a beef with numerous film business executives that led her quit Bollywood and work in the States.
