Karachi: Saturday, the Foreign Office said that the third group of 97 Pakistanis who taken out of conflict-torn Sudan arrived safely in Karachi.
“The government of Pakistan will keep making it easy for stranded Pakistanis to get back home safely,” said the tweet.
A spokesperson for the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) said that the PAF C-130 plane has landed in Karachi with more Pakistanis who were stuck in Sudan.
On April 28, 111 more Pakistanis who stuck also made it to Karachi.
The Foreign Office says that so far, more than 700 Pakistanis have been taken out of the war-torn area. First, the Pakistanis in Sudan evacuated to Port Sudan. Then, they moved to Jeddah, where the PAF takes them back home.
