Webdesk: Vijay Varma, who played a serial killer in the Amazon Prime show Dahaad, has finally talked about how he got ready for the part.

Varma said that he was scared when he heard about the character for the first time. “I was scared when I first heard about the character.”

He went on to say, “When I think I can’t do something, that’s when I start doing it. I see the role as a challenge and really get into it when I play it.”

The actor from the movie “Darlings” said that he even went to see a counsellor to help him figure out what his dark character was like.

“I had to get help from a psychologist to figure out what my basic personality traits were.”

During an interview with News 18, the actor was also asked if he has ever felt stuck in a certain type of serious role.

Varma, who is 37, said, “I’ll try to play parts that people want to see me in. But I can’t keep playing the part of a murderous killer. I already have plans, and in the next few days, people will see me in different roles.”

Vijay Varma, Sonakshi Sinha, and Gulshan Devaiah play the main parts in the crime-thriller show Dahaad.
