Webdesk: Recently, Pakistani actor Yashma Gill talked about how hard it was for her to deal with depression. When she was in her twenties.

During her depression, the actress said she felt like someone had put a spell on her. It made her think about killing herself.

It was an interview with YouTuber Nadir Ali for his podcast show. During which the Azmaish actor talked about the most important things that have happened in her life and how important it is for women to be free.

When asked about her mental health, the performer said that today’s young people have more and more responsibilities, which hurts their mental health.

“When I was feeling depressed, I looked up information about it on the Internet. I thought someone put a spell on me or a djinn took control of me. I tried every way I could think of to treat it,” Gill said.

During the podcast, the 29-year-old celebrity also said, with a big laugh, that she tried spiritual treatment to get better. But in the end, she went back to taking medications prescribed by a doctor.

The Bay Baak actor said, “When I did research on the Internet, I found that the symptoms of depression and [loss of] sight are very similar.”

She also said that a person who has trouble seeing feels hopeless, sad, and suicidal. “There was a time in my life when I thought about killing myself. But I had strong faith, which helped me get out of my depression.”
