QUETTA: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman nominated in FIR of the murder of Senior Supreme Court lawyer Abdul Razzaq Shar. Senior Lawyer gunned down by armed motorcyclists on Airport Road in Quetta, Balochistan on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, police in Quetta launched a FIR on the son’s allegation.
The FIR registered by Shahid Jamil Kakar police station charges the former prime minister and others with murder. As well as sections of ATA, and other offences also included.
Moreover, This week, three motorcycle-riding gunmen killed Advocate Shar on his way to the Balochistan High Court (BHC).
Shar died en route to Quetta Civil Hospital. Shot 16 times.
A day before, SAPM Ataullah Tarar called the PTI chairman “directly responsible” for the murder.
Shar pleading treason against Imran, so he claimed the targeted killing was related.
Moreover, On May 29, Chief Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Muhammad Amir Nawaz Rana heard Shar’s appeal for the former prime minister’s Article 6 trial.
Advocate Shar argued that the deposed premier should charged under Article 6 for recommending the president to dissolve the National Assembly.
Moreover, After the initial hearing, the BHC bench issued notices to Additional Attorney General Rauf Atta and Deputy Attorney General Muhammad Naeem Kasi and ordered them to respond at the June 7 hearing.
Moreover, The SAPM said Khan “got the lawyer killed to protect himself from the treason case” at a press conference in Islamabad on Tuesday.
While, Tarar called his murder a murder of law and vowed a thorough inquiry. “Imran will nominated in this murder case,” the PML-N leader claimed.
