London: Shayan Ali, a British-Pakistani PTI supporter, denies terror accusations after harassing Islamabad Additional District and Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar in Hull, England.

The young political activist called out the judge and other party followers when he arrived at Hull University to study human rights and the rule of law, claiming freedom of expression and assembly.

Former prime minister Imran Khan sentenced by Judge Dilawar for asset concealment and corruption.

The Islamabad police filed a first information report (FIR) against Shayan Ali at Ramna Police Station a day earlier, alleging that he harassed and filmed the London judicial officer, as seen by social media footage.

In response, Shayan said he accused of terrorism for using his free speech against Judge Dilawar.

“The FIR lodged in Islamabad, yet the incident occurred in Britain. Are the Islamabad Police coming to London to arrest me?” PTI supporter remarked in X (previously Twitter) video message.

Moreover, He claimed that if the case was meritorious, he should have been booked in London.

“What’s more interesting is that the body of the FIR is in English,” Shayan said. Suggesting it could affect his UK law studies at one of the country’s top legal schools.

While, The PTI fan said he admitted on social media the same evening. “Terrorism accusations are serious and make university and education difficult.”

Moreover, Shayan added that Articles 10 and 11 of the ECHR, HRA 1998 safeguard his freedom of expression and assembly.

“The UK does not call it terrorism. Basic human right “stated.
