Washington (news editor) US President Donald Trump has said that the US military has killed a top ISIS leader in Nigeria. On my instructions, the US military and the Nigerian armed forces killed the terrorist. Bilal al-Manouki was the second-in-command of ISIS globally.

US President Donald Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth Social that Bilal al-Manouki will no longer terrorize the people of Africa, he will not be able to help plan operations to target Americans.
